Frank joined Smith Harrington from Lisney in 2009. He is responsible for the Professional Services Department of Smith Harrington. In this role his areas of practice include valuations for all purposes, investment acquisitions and disposals, planning and development consultancy, landlord and tenant consultancy and compulsory purchase order acquisitions and advice. He also retains an active role in the commercial and rural practice agency departments.
His clients range from state, semi state bodies together with private companies and individuals. These include Meath County Council, ESB, Bank of Ireland, KPMG, Grant Thornton, Albert Developments together with a variety of farmers and private individuals.
Frank holds a first class honours degree valuation surveying and a masters in planning and development surveying. He is a qualified Chartered General Practice Surveyor and member of both the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). In addition he is a registered valuer regulated by the RICS.
He is the immediate past President of Navan Chamber of Commerce and remains a board member. He sits on the editorial board of the Surveyor’s Journal and the rural practice committee of the SCSI. He has contributed a number of articles published in the Surveyor’s Journal and Housing Journal. He is currently undertaking his professional doctorate in the University of Salford.
